SZG Voice and Consulting

Since 2007, SZG Voice and Consulting has been providing Speech-Language Pathology services to adults.

We understand the importance of effective, easy communication for your daily activities. Our goal is to work with you to improve your quality of life through improved communication abilities.

Virtual services are available throughout Ontario. In-home services are available in parts of York Region and North York. See map for service area here.

What you can expect:

We will ask you what has changed and what your goals are
Your assessment will be focused on your concerns
We will provide you with evidence based treatment
Education, training and support will be tailored to you and your support network.

POLICY UPDATES (JANUARY 29. 2024)

Virtual sessions take place on our secure platform.

In-person sessions are offered at home only. The number of in-person sessions available per week is limited.

In-Person policies

We continue to require pre-appointment screening for in-person sessions.
If you have any symptoms of respiratory infection, your in-person appointment will be changed to a virtual one.
We ask for mutual respect for the comfort of both the client and the clinician regarding the use of masks. Mask use can be requested by either the SLP or the client.

Cancellation policies

There is no fee if you cancel more than 24 hours before an appointment. This can be done online.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment start time must be done by contacting the office.
50% of the session fee will be charged if the cancellation is less than 24 hours and more than 3 hours before the appointment time.
Full session fee is charged for missed appointments with less than 3 hours notice.
